Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 747-9 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your bank. 747-9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in your account dashboard. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 747-9 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 747-9 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as provided under Philippine law.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, 747-9's determination — made in good faith and based on available records — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

747-9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 747-9 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, 747-9 may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
